Got my Old Smith 38mm for Christmas. I love it and it has been my daily wear. However, I've always had to manually wind the watch every couple of days. I sent it back to Japan from the USA, and it was covered under their warranty. They even reimbursed my shipping costs to return it and sent it back overnight. Customer Service was great. However, it has the same issue. I've just been winding it every morning as part of my routine. I don't want to send it back again, but now I'm becoming concerned about the wear of winding it every day. Is this a common issue?
