Hi,

I've been stressing out about an ongoing canadian study permit application. I've never been refused a visa before, but last year I applied to a B1B2 US visa, submitted a Ds160, paid the fees, scheduled the interview, but ended up canceling the interview appointment in the US consulate of my country. I already submitted my study permit application and I marked that I've never been refused a visa...

The CEAC US visa status check shows "No Status" in my application as it was probably never adjudicated, so I didn't consider it as a refusal.

However, I don't really know how Canada IRCC will interpret that. Will they consider it a refusal? Should I submit webform ASAP to explain this further? Will it be misrepresentation?

Thanks
