Diagnosing c3100p issues
I bought a used C3100p for my sins. there seems to be various issues though so I’m hoping some kind soul with some experience could take a look and let me know what they think. I printed a few test, saw some issues then printed a sheet of 100% Y, 100% C, 100% M and a sheet of 100% K. I’m seeing a white line on the black sheet, black toner on the other sheets where there is 0% K, and horizontal and vertical faded bands on all sheets except yellow (maybe it’s harder to tell though here).
its done 38000 pages in total. no idea of the history. I do know the black toner is non genuine.
perfection would be nice but advice on how to make a noticeable improvement would be more than good enough. Fortunately used drums etc arent too pricy so I’m happy to chuck some money at it
Any words of wisdom would be much appreciated.
