Realistic Shipping Timelines

Hello Trillium!!

We know you’re excited to get started and receive your order! Here’s a quick look at what happens after you place your order so you know exactly what to expect:

1. Provider Review (1-2 days)

Once your order is submitted, an independent licensed provider reviews your intake and determines your eligibility, if approved your prescription is sent to the pharmacy. This usually happens within a day.

2. Sent to Pharmacy (3-5 business days)

After approval, your prescription is sent to the pharmacy for fulfillment. Pharmacies are only open Monday-Friday, so weekends don’t count toward this window.

3. Shipping and Delivery (1-3 days)

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 1-3 days, depending on pharmacy.

Total estimated time: roughly 5-10 business days from order to doorstep. However, sometimes sooner!

If your order has been sitting at “Sent to Pharmacy” for more than 5 business days, reach out and we’ll find out what’s going on!

Thanks for your patience!!!

Apollo Care 503B Unavailable for Semaglutide

Hi all!

We received word that Apollo Care semaglutide is unavailable moving forward. I am unsure if it's a choice by the fulfillment pharmacies PerfectRx / PerfectionRx to stop carrying it or if it's another 503B stopping production. More information to follow.

We have Hallandale semaglutide non-additive serving all states excluding CA, KS, AR, MI, MN, AL, HI, MS, MA.
And for those states, we'll have more options available very soon! We'll continue to work with our customers to find the right option for them if Hallandale is not available in their state.

While this is unfortunate news, it stays in line with what I expected. We are prepared for changes and we are excited to partner with reputable and popular 503A
pharmacies that highlight speed and quality with their services and products.

Happy Monday, y'all!!

Hey everyone!

We have some outstanding BPI orders that may be showing as “Sent to Pharmacy” and haven’t been updated in awhile. This is happening to customers who have placed more than one BPI order across multiple telehealths at the same time, and it’s creating a tech hiccup on the pharmacy’s end. Our ordering platform and Pharmacy Hub (dispenser) are actively working on a fix.

If your order shows “Sent to Pharmacy” and you HAVEN’T placed an order anywhere else, you’re in the clear! It’s just a regular “we’re working on it and it will be sent soon!”

There is still BPI supply and your order is coming. Once the tech issue is resolved, we’ll get these expedited. This is affecting other telehealths too, since many of us work through the same pharmacy.

Thank you for your patience!
