I’d always assumed that the furthest left lane splits into two due to the dotted lines. There are no dotted lines guiding you into a specific lane. The second turning lane has dotted lines guiding you into a specific lane. I got curious since I keep seeing people CONSTANTLY almost hit each-other here. ChatGPT told me I was wrong.
