I am on the brink of returning this. Hotspot is key as I don’t have home internet and we rely on it as our connection. Despite the fact that it’s a brick, I actually love this phone and would hate to get rid of it. I went to numerous flagship phones or dumbed down phones but always ended back up with my Barbie phone and the hotspot is reliable there. I CANNOT figure out what went wrong with this hotspot. It worked, then stopped. I’ve tried APN settings, airplane mode trick, multiple restarts, network resets, FACTORY resets, and it’s not my carrier bc it works on my other phone. I am frustrated and over it.
