I had my ALJ on January 7, 2026 was denied on February 4,2026 which my lawyer sent directly to the appeals council. Due to a hostile situation and becoming homeless, I submitted a dire needs request and they granted expedition yesterday. I checked the portal today, one day later and it states they denied my case. I cannot believe this is happening to me. It just doesn’t seem right. Has anybody else had this happen?
