Budgeting for ERAU While Paying for Flight Training

Hello everyone, first time poster long time lurker. I will be attending Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida, this fall as an Aeronautical Science major. I am currently planning my budget and would appreciate some advice from current students or alumni.
My goal is to live off campus, most likely in Port Orange, and I will be paying for my flight training out of pocket. I have started researching apartments in the area, but before making any final decisions, I would like to get a better understanding of what a realistic and sustainable income would look like while attending school. For those who have been in a similar situation, what would you consider a livable wage that allows you to comfortably cover rent, utilities, groceries, transportation, and flight costs? Any insight on budgeting, housing recommendations, or general financial advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your guidance.
