Food Industry

The food industry made you fat on purpose.

Yet you defend what it's done to you and the ideas it's fed you.

Train To Perfection

It takes an unusual person to be able to commit in this manner, most people are absolutely fine being mediocre.

For Powerful Kicks

If you care about building extremely powerful kicks then start using this exercise in your training.

The aim is to make the movement as fluid as possible and make sure you start each kick from being completely stationary.

Use Your Hips

Hips are not where the power of moves is generated - your connection to the earth is.

However...

It makes a world of difference whether you use your hips correctly or not.

Drill Your Basics

The basics must be drilled as many times as possible as often as possible.

No one does this so no one reaps the benefits.

You should always be drilling your basics - once you've got into that habit, you will move like lightning.

How many?

You could earn some quick money if you can take the pain.

Kicks to the side of the torso, one after the other.

How many would you go for?

High Kicks - Easy

Head Kicks should be something you consider particularly easy to do if you call yourself a martial artist.

I have had people (who consider themselves martial artists) say things like: head Kicks aren't safe because they leave you off balance.

If you are left off balance when you throw a kick to the head then you have a lot of work to do before you can call yourself a martial artist.

Traditional Work

Real martial arts training makes you a dangerous human... Not because you have muscles or have learned some special movements...

But because you have drilled movements so frequently that they are now imprinted on your soul - you have reprogrammed your body and your mind and refined yourself to the ultimate point.

To drill a movement 10,000 times: It takes a lot of time, it takes a lot of attention, it is boring, it is tiring, many things will distract you...

As a result, very very few people will manage it.

And, just as a warning, if you reach this level of refinement (the pinnacle of humanity) everything will become extremely unrelatable, the normal human life will confuse you. You will have climbed the mountain (of excellence) by yourself and you will know things that others will never believe.

Strength at Length

People train for different reasons with different goals.

However, strength at Length is massively under trained. Nothing will: improve your overall performance, prevent injuries, and increase your health/fitness as much as this kind of training.

It also comes in very handy when your primary aim is kicking people in the head.

Love this kick

Hip mobility, timing, and technique all need to come together in order to throw the ultimate question mark kick.

Too many people seem to be putting up tutorials online without even being able to throw this kick properly.

It needs to whip round, it needs to snap when it hits, and it needs to be literally unseeable.
