Haven't worn makeup in 12 years! 45[F]

Basically, I'm single and living alone and trying to actually start to give a damn about what I look like. I am trying to get back in the dating scene, but even if that doesn't work out, I just generally want to take care of my appearance.

I am on a limited budget.

What are the very basic things I need just to get started?

Foundation, concealer.. powder?

eyeshadow, mascara, eyeliner

I've never liked lipstick, but should I be using something beyond Chapstick?

and any recommendations on a basic face cleanser & moisturizer? I've been using Cetaphil.

What brands are good, but inexpensive?

$77.09

$77.09 at my local Kroger affiliate. Plus 5X fuel points. My fuel points from March got me $1.00 off per gallon. (still cost f'ing $40 to fill up!)

In the very back is a 5lb. bag of potatoes.

Pro tip: some stores have the same price per can even if you don't buy a whole case during a case lot sale!

The shrimp was BOGO free. The HC meals were $1.99. Please no judgment on if they are actually "healthy" or not...
