Hatchling Clicking Noise
I got this little guy last week Thursday. He is 2 months old and was doing well at first. He hasn’t been super active, but I figured that’s because he’s so young and in a new environment.
Today I noticed he had a clicking noise when I went to soak him. After soaking and eating, I still hear it. Every few seconds it happens.
He is still somewhat active (no different than before), eating well and has clear eyes/nostrils. He also has not been breathing through his mouth, so I assume that’s a good sign. All this guy does is eat and has still been doing that today! But the clicking noise has me very concerned.
Humidity is 60-80% through the enclosure (higher at night and drops during the day). Basking temp is 92 degrees, warm side of 80-83 and a cool side of 75.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
Edit: have checked on him a few times today and I’ve been able to hear it while basking and sleeping too. Eyes and nose still look good and has a big appetite.
