so I've been leading our company the last few years (I'm an owner). We're doing fine but I grew up as a founder and we've slowly grown over 15 years. I feel like I'm bush league and that most CEO's come from Bain or wherever and have their plans and formulas and whatever to grow 15% a year. I'm happy to grow profit 10% a year (our industry is fine but growth has been tough for me). Don't get me wrong - we are profitable and do well, but not the sexy growth.

Is there a CEO bootcamp you all can recommend ? Any books/training I'm not uneducated, I have an MBA from a very good school but i never actually did anything outside of our small company. Something tells me I should know more and be able to do more.

Looking for a Lead Marketer (full-time) to help market a B2B AI Software product. Looking to pay full-time and looking for someone at a maximum of $50,000 USD salary . . I know this is low for the US but found that overseas salaries were much lower so hopefully this works for someone overseas.

We already have most of the infrastructure we can use from the sister company to help.

• We have Initial list of 300 companies we want to target for larger enterprises . We would look to you to figure out which smaller and mid-market clients we can target for the tool.
• We have Hubspot and other tools for emailing.
• Website exists but content is critical and this is likely one of the most important jobs to figure out what content is needed and videos building using the tool would be great
• We have a recipe for webinars if you want to add them to the mix. Someone in the company can set everything up once a topic is decded. The big issue will be how to get people to join from linked in.
• Outbound calling - We have a company that can make outbound calls for us
• Ads - Ability to do google ads or linked in ( You have to come up with ads)

We are a startup so can't really afford more. Would love some input on if this makes sense. I have all the subscriptions/tools they would need and also what clients to go after, etc. We also paid and co-created a marketing plan that we would like to excute. Would need someone to review and execute the plan and adjust as needed based on feedback. You can also suggest any changes. We have about 300 or so clients defined that we want to reach out to and keep working on them again and again.
