Hundreds of million years after the purge of humanity: The Earth Mother's new children and the "Apparitions" of our ghosts.
[Note on Content / NSFW Warning] I have marked this post as NSFW to be safe. While the art itself is not explicit, the world of Yelekedis contains some dark themes, including violence, anatomical imagery, and the harsh realities of a crumbling civilization.

This is a story of a distant, distant place. A world born from the ashes of humanity, who incurred the wrath of the Earth Mother Goddess "Khalice" and were purged from the earth.
I. The Fall of the Ancients: The Sin of Abaddoselenium
Long ago, the "Ancients" (us) crossed a line that could never be uncrossed. They discovered Abaddoselenium—the raw, primordial blood of the Chaos God—later known as "Manna." In their boundless greed, they used this substance to craft artificial life, stripping away their own ethics in a desperate bid for power.
The downfall was catalyzed by a man named Alba. After his wife and child were murdered and he himself was killed, his despair caught the eye of the Chaos God. Resurrected as a "Fixer," Alba orchestrated the global instability that led to the brink of nuclear war. Ironically, the Chaos God himself is just a "carefree bloke" who loves a laugh and wants to tinker in peace—but his sheer existence is so potent that his innocent whims manifest as world-ending disasters. To save the planet from total extinction, the Earth Mother Goddess "Khalice" had no choice but to cleanse the world with massive earthquakes and tsunamis, wiping the slate clean.
II. The Long Silence and the New Dawn
X00 million years passed. The world was washed clean by the sea. Due to the influence of Manna, the flow of time itself slowed; seismic activity and climate shifts were suppressed, creating a stagnated, unchanging landscape. From the "Blood of the Chaos God," four eggs were laid, birthing three dragons and a great bird. Then, the new seeds of life were sown.
- The Elves: The first to arrive, growing as slowly and steadily as ancient trees.
- The Hobbits and Dwarves: Their rise accelerated the wheels of civilization, bringing industry and new energy.
- The Cait Sith: Cunning and ambitious, these feline humanoids challenged the Elven-centric status quo.
What followed was a pointless, brutal war that left no victors—only wounds.
III. The World of Yelekedis Today
- The "Apparitions" (Slide 1): These are not mere monsters. They are the manifested grudges of the purged Ancients—the humans who died in agony during the Great Purge. We are the ghosts. We are the monsters stalking the new races.
- The "Goddess" Seydhy and the Sacred Woods: For generations, the nomadic Hobbits of Ulughal worshipped a being named Seydhy as their goddess. In reality, Seydhy was an Ancient—a human placed in Hibernation as a form of exile by her own kind. She remained in a comatose state for eons until 16 years ago. Now, Ulughal is the epicenter of a massive Apparition surge.
IV. The Broken Sage: Laduiagoth
At the heart of this fractured peace stands Ranjarma-Xelageer, a young Hobbit mage who lost her parents and her childhood to the war 13 years ago. She seeks strength—not for conquest, but to ensure nothing is ever taken from her again.
Her journey leads her to Laduiagoth, famed as the strongest mage alive. However, the reality of Laduiagoth is pathetic: an alcoholic shell, drowning in despair, and paralyzed by the weight of being a "living sacrifice" who purifies the world's Manna simply by existing.
V. A World of "Unanswered Questions"
Yelekedis is currently destabilized by a surge of Apparitions in the desert.
- Political Tension: Refugees are fleeing to the Western Elven lands. The Chancellor, Frhoidhanath, struggles to provide protection while facing xenophobic backlash from impoverished Elven youths who feel neglected.
- The Moral Dilemma: Laduiagoth repeatedly poses a single question to Ranjarma: "What does it mean to protect?" Ze evaluates Ranjarma's answers carefully, but rarely speaks zir own mind.
- Linguistic Depth: The world is built on a massive glossary of fictional languages (inspired by English and Irish) and regional dialects. Every choice reflects a way of thinking, and players must piece together the truth from the silences of the Elves.
