My current job says they don't want to hire me because I'm "too small"

I (f23) currently work seasonal. My job has openings all the time in my district/region and my boyfriends coworker put in a good word for me to get a full time/year round position. My seasonal job told both of them that they didn't want to hire me over someone else because I look small and they're worried I wouldn't be able to lift heavy things. For my job I have to prove at the doctor's office I'm able to walk around with a 50lb box, lift, set down, all that jazz. I can understand that I'm 5'3 and fairly small, but I used to be a marine, I didn't choose to be short.

I don't want to outright say what my job is because I'm already being voted against for my size I guess. But it is in trucking, I have my CDL A and I get paid like a lot of money at my job over the winter. What do I do? I like my job but it feels like an uphill battle.

▲ 65 r/cats

This is my three week old kitten, Harley Bean. She's a lone orphaned kitten, and we don't have any other cats. She's been with me for 2 weeks so far and gaining weight steadily. I've been feeding her around the clock since the very beginning with KMR and she's grown so much! She's on track for a kitten her age. While she is very cute and fuzzy I have a couple questions. Is she a calico or a tortoise? Will she be a long haired cat, medium or short haired? And probably the most important question- how do I stop her from having diarrhea. Shes had like 2 good poops and other than that it's like she just ate taco bell. The vet checked her out and said nothing seems to be wrong and to just make sure to keep an eye on her, as long as she's active and eating, it's okay. I just feel bad for her because I wouldn't want have diarrhea every day :(

Constructive criticism about the situation is very welcome as I have done research but this is my first time raising a child.

(legally, I'm obligated to say that I'm not asking for vet advice, I have taken her to the vet and have an appointment for deworming set up when she's old enough, but in the meantime if anyone has advice it would be appreciated)
