the battery health dropped from 94% to 90% in like 16 days

hii I was wondering if there was anything I could try using to get rid of my eyebags? They used to be pretty dark but I improved my sleep schedule so they sort of improved but they are still not ideal 🥲 I dont use anything on my skin so I dont know much about those eye creams everyone is recommending for eye bags
