Bose QC 2 Earbuds crapped out on me, and would like to know people's opinion on a good replacement?

I tried the Bose Open Earbuds, got skin irritation after 2 hours. 🫤

Tried Shokz Open Dots. I wore them on an 8 hour shift. Not bad but when I used the touch controls, I had a sharp pain on my ear. So almost.

Currently trying the Shokz Openfit Pro. On hour 7 and I'm really feeling the weight on my ears. Close.

Did not like Sony wxm6, or sony clip buds,

Is there anything else better than these, or is this a lost cause?

Looking for a friend. I think their daughter is absolutely ready for the camera. And she's only 8 weeks!
