Should I go to the hospital if I've recently started sweating, shaking, and feeling dizzy on the toilet? My neck starts THROBBING. Like strobing lightsabers in the base of my skull. Tonight it was so bad I had to have my wife come in to hold me so I wouldn't fall off... It was throbbing so hard and my chest felt like it was gonna explode
