Hoping to get leads on how to identify the setup for this lamp. I believe it’s old but my google search wasn’t too helpful or I didn’t use proper keywords. Any info would be appreciated. Should this have a chimney? Can I use it without one? Appreciate any input. The wick wheel says made in Budapest Hungary. It appears to be a slag glass with a faint blue streak in it.
Picked up these two gems today. A single cameo ballerina candlestick and a tiny Vaseline basket. I saw online posting that the candlestick is a rare item. Can anyone confirm that? I have no intention of selling. Just curious if true.
I’ve picked up this little bird which has some gold specks inside that display under 395. After it sat in my lighted 395 cabinet for several hours, it continued to glow after the light was turned off. What’s happening here or what do I have? 1st pic is normal light, 2nd is 395 and last pic is after cabinet light is turned off. TIA for any knowledge shared.
Finally got a $5 find, a large Mayfair(?) bowl.
Doesn’t fit in my small cabinet but I’ll be upgrading that soon. May be a common find in some areas but definitely not mine so I wanted to share.
