Me and my brother have been doing painting/decorating for a while now and been doing it for residential homes and have never really done it professionally by signing up with apps and website etc. So for pricing we have been kinda just eye balling it based on what we think but now we habe a contract with proper invoices etc and are looking to really take it professionally with a limited company setup and business account set up.

I wanted to ask how you price your work for painting, is it based on sq ft of the walls ? Conditions of the room and walls ? How is it priced so we can kind of get an idea of pricing professionally
