Hello all,

I plan to purchase a property ( open to SFH /duplex)this summer in ‘tosa/tosa adjacent neighborhoods. I am interested in a realtor that wakes up every day to do their job and is able to offer sound advice on big ticket items, approx. cost to fix/replace items in a home. Knowledge of construction is PREFERRED. If you can’t drive a nail straight or have never held a hammer, you are prolly not the right fit. I want someone to have my interests in mind with each new property that pops up, not just idly send me listings without comment. Realtor must be responsive during work hours in a timely manner. Specifically, respond to a text within the hour and get in to a property the first day it hits the market. They need to have intimate knowledge of the different pockets in the area and the $$$ nuances that go along with it. I expect them to arrive at a showing with recent comps in hand and ready to put in an offer. I’m not interested in door opener or someone who views real estate as a part-time hobby. I won’t discuss price specifics until I interview the realtor. Also, I like to see a presence in the MLS of the brokerage that employs them. I.e., they do plenty of business around town. EDIT: names without specifics aren’t helpful. Person most likely is from/lives in area & has history of dealing in properties 300k+
