Closed Airtel axis on call
Following the current devaluation of Airtel axis, I called up the toll free number and requested a deactivation.
Took 25 minutes and letting go of ~700 inr in cashback but I wasn’t gonna wait and then waste another 25 minutes for this amount.
Started with mid representing the devaluation as nothing has changed to offering free myzone card to free rupay.
I politely declined all and firmly asked them to please deactivate.
