Does anyone remember the absolute circus that was "operation candy crush" from somewhere in the timeline of 2017-2019?

I remember seeing a video of an interview at a press conference with some old guy (I think the sheriff?) After they raided and seized a bunch of CBD products from a bunch of local stores, and when asked by a reporter at the press conference afterwards (held outside the front doors of one the the vape shops that they presumably raided) "what do you think people use CBD for?"(paraphrase), he responded with simply "to get high"
