Can anyone advise on how to upgrade a sole proprietor to a company if it is only one principal owner?
I have been seeing videos across social media talking about starting a LLC but I do not see where it allows a single member LLC in Jamaica. I am trying to gather information. And another question is it easy to get in kind donations to start a business?
