hello i have just been recently introduced to wholesaling and it really catches my attention. what is the best game plan to start with to close my first deal as fast as possible?
how much money will i need to invest realistically? i have money to invest i just don’t want to invest in the wrong places.
for example i know ppl, google ads, facebook ads are the best however they are also the most expensive.since i am a beginner would i be throwing my money away since i wouldnt know what to do with the leads? should i start with sms text lasting a list of leads?
i am genuinly trying to learn the game i know it wont come overnight or for free i just want to be headed in the right direction
