They maded it that way so it can feel as a unique mechanic tailored for her, but at the end of the day its just a worst version of a quill (or a worst actual MV from the on fielder) because It doesnt scale with type-specific buffs such as NA dmg%, CA, Skill % etc.

And the most annoying part, for me, is that they added this line "... And will be considered as having been dealt by them" just for us to think it would actually Interact, in some way, with the onfield characters kit, such as varka A1 passive. In fact many hexerei character has some sort of multiplier increase in their base kit.

"But c1 would be bonkers" just rework the effect, its not that hard.

This is the type of mechanic that will be completely forgotten.
