I have an interview today and I want to know what salary I’ll get after getting hired

The position offered is a stage for 6 months for x salary. What I want to know is what will be the benefits and the salary after the stage.

How do I ask this in the interview with the directors? Or I should bring this when an offer is given?

How I ask higher salary if I said I'm okay with the one proposed in interview?

I just finished an interview where 22k was proposed and I said it's ok. How do I say I thought about it and think a range between 22-25k is more appropriate?

I said it's ok in the phone screening and today in the last interview, when I should talk about it? Calling the manager? Emailing her? When the offer is proposed? Or I should put this desire up my *ss and remember to do so in the interview?

I have an interview today and one tomorrow, should I tell them?

Since the HR told me that if today they like me there will be no 2nd round, how do I tell them I have another interview going on?

She asked me during phone screening if I have some project to finish and I said no, so I do not want to eventually ask “give me about a week to evaluate the other interview” without a simple notice about it.

I have an interview this Friday, which questions I should expect? I asked about the level of knowledge they're searching for, the manager responded with "The important thing is that you know the fundamentals because you'll hardly be asked to setup and configure yourself, but you'll guide customers on how to do it." This is the job description:

  • Advise customers on how to use our products within their solutions and resolve challenges related to X Networks products. This involves communication with both customers and our remote support team via a ticketing platform and online meetings.
  • Self-sufficiently resolve technical issues arising from customer's configuration, firmware/software, other sources.
  • Prepare documentation for internal and external use (e.g., X Wiki).
  • Act as a key link between X Networks R&D and other departments or customers, facilitating the resolution of complex technical challenges. Hands-on experience with Linux based OS, industrial protocols, various networking services and protocols and occasional 3rd party peripherals.

What we expect of you:

  • Native or fluent Italian, with good written and spoken English skills to ensure clear and professional client interactions.
  • Strong customer‑oriented mindset with a genuine willingness to help others.
  • Experience in 2nd or 3rd line technical support is considered an advantage.
  • Solid knowledge of computer networking principles.
  • Higher or equivalent technical or engineering education.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast- paced environment.
  • Proven capability to create clear and accurate technical documentation.
  • CCNA certification or similar courses are a plus.

Hiring manager explicitly said the 2nd interview will be onsite with directorate and more about personal level.

The job is a stage for a junior IT technical position for a news intelligence company (gathering media info and give insights to other companies).

What should I expect?

Which questions I should get and ask?
