best gaming pc that can last a few years without upgrades is that realistic?

I’m trying to get a new setup but I don’t really want to keep upgrading parts every year. I’m wondering if it’s still realistic to build or buy something that stays strong for a few years without needing changes.

What would you consider the best gaming pc approach for long term use, and what specs should I aim for if I want it to stay relevant for a while? thanks

Is it worth having a full living room in a tiny apartment?

I feel like i can barely move around when furniture is set up. do you guys just make it multipurpose or cut things down?
