2.5D Trees
A quick testprint if 2.5D trees (actually they are more 3D than the flat 2.5D minis, so maybe those are 2.75D trees?) work well, too - and I'd say yes, works fine!
Fantasy Dwarves in 2.5D
And my testprint for the fantasy dwarves came out great, too!
I finally found a way to battle my ever growing pile of shame... print everything as flat 2d minis in 4 colours, play ready!
Looks better than grey plastic and is faster to do than paper minis!
(And yes, they're free. The link from makerworld has a fully prepared build plate, but unfortunatelyi could not upload all models there, so the cults link has all models but not a prepared build plate...)

Jumped on the recent 2.5D hype train, now i can finally play with "painted" minis instead of my gray pile of shame! Looks better than unpainted 3d minis, and you can print 10 minis per hour with minimal effort, no need to glue, cut,... compared to paper minis
