In 2023 i filed my taxes but never received them. I called and checked the website and all they would say is that I would need to wait for it be updated on my account with the day that it will be available but that never changed it always said the same thing. Something like “still being processed”

That’s being said I didn’t do my taxes again since then. My friend stated that I would have to download the previous years tax systems to do them myself. But when I look it up it’s all kind of confusing. Can someone help me understand what I actually need to do to file my taxes? I have all my w2s and the forms you get from being in college as well.
