Hey guys even though i am a native and local of Telangana, I have a Karnataka driving license because I applied for it when i was going my graduation in Bangalore. Now i am back in Hyderabad for good so i want a Telangana driving license. I know that rto does address change within the state but i want to know if anyone here has changed it from a different state to telangana? and if so then can it be done fully online? what is the exact process pls guide me. And my liscense is valid for 15+ more years and one cannot have DL in 2 states of India so i have to change it to Telangana. Mainly i want to know if it can be done without going to Bangalore physically. Someone pls help
