The Suicide Ending’s Impact
I just finished my first playthrough with this ending because it felt so out of left field that my curiosity took hold immediately. That being said, out of all the games I’ve played, I’ve never felt the way I did hearing those voicemails. It surprised me overwhelmingly almost. It hits home because I’ve battled those kind of thoughts before and got better from it but hearing the pain in everyone’s reactions put it in a perspective I never had even when I was going through it. Judy specifically actually made me feel horrible for even choosing it and this has seriously been the most I’ve been immersed in the entire game. I never would’ve imagined feeling this way from playing this game the way it’s been going up to this point and I just have to say, this genuinely has been an eye opening experience for me.
