Been wanting to go to a game with my wife that is a wheelchair user and have discovered that the club is unfortunately making it very difficult to do so. There are no accessible tickets sold on our direct website, instead it it says to reach out to a sales rep. Went that route, when I told them I only wanted a single-match ticket instead of season pass it became “I’m not able to help you then” even though they initially said they could do either.

The maps online don’t clearly show ramps/Disabled entrances for the stadium either. Or cost of parking in the lot with accessible spots.

Has anyone had any success being a wheelchair user at a game?
