As announced a while ago, BPAL has been working on updating their website to make it easier to navigate for us, and easier to maintain for them. Today's the day!

The new website is now available, and they've shared an FAQ about changes. To summarize some of the more important points:

• People will need to create new accounts (handled via Shop)
• Credits & Gift Cards from the old website will be replaced manually via a code sent to customers via e-mail. This may take some time!
• The General Catalogue has been re-named to "Eternal Collection" and new scents have been added to it (though they have not stated what they are just yet)

According to BPAL, the new website is not yet entirely feature complete! It might take them a few days/weeks to implement everything they're hoping for, so if something's missing, that may be why.

RIP old BPAL website, we will (maybe) miss you (but also maybe not so much!)

I figured I'd post about the update they just shared via e-mail today, for anyone who isn't subscribed to the mailing list or just plain missed or didn't receive the e-mail.

TLDR: No more "percentage off order" reward coupons; Special order window will not be pre-order; Special order window will not feature all special order scents

Loyalty Program Changes going into effect Monday, June 8th

- Points will no longer be redeemable for "percentage off order" coupons

- They will be replaced with stackable "x dollar off order" coupons

- 10 points = $1 off, up to $300 off per order

- Any "percentage off order" coupons generated prior to the change will be valid for 12 months and will remain unstackable

Special Order Window Changes for the Spring/Summer 2026 window

- Window will be open between June 5th 11am EST and June 7th 12am EST

- Estimated TAT of 4 weeks

- No longer pre-order based; active inventory, scents may sell out

- All sizes except 2ml sample sizes will be available

- $600/month cap over 4 orders applies, but will reset on June 5th

- Special order scents will be split into Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter; only Spring/Summer will be available during this window

These are the only special order scents that will be available during this window. Any scents not listed here are now part of the Fall/Winter category and will only be available during the next window later this year; likewise, these scents will only be available during this window.
