Anything I can do about this feedback?
I reached out to both buyers and attempt to figure out a solution but neither responded. The problem I have is the Neutral feedback still drops my rating and the only comment appears positive. And the Complaint is for a 893 Piece order that contains many lots that didn’t make sense to pack individually (Also Lego PAB packs orders in the same fashion I do). Also the customer specifically chose to have his order shipped via a Priority Mail Padded Envelope and agreed to the price. Is this a fair complaint given specifics? Is there anything more I can do?
