working on a simple arcgis online map with a non-commercial account, taskbar broken
i'm making a fairly simple map (using polygons to color in certain areas in/around detroit) and i'm done with my work today. the issue is that the taskbar, while still visible and able to be interacted with, does not work. if i click the "save and open" option, it opens the dropdown, but when i click on "save," it doesn't save. the blue dot is still there and the map has not been updated in hours according to my content category.
the file is only 8 kb and my computer runs the software perfectly. other buttons on the taskbar similarly respond but don't work. (i.e. layers don't open up, i can't see the legend, printing doesn't work, etc.)
also, if i'm missing anything in asking for help here (i.e. rules or how arcgis online functions) just tell me and i'll fix it.
