Hi there. My wife and I have been searching everywhere for the recipe to the Central Market Italian Sandwich which is no longer on their menu.

This was around or pre 2010 and it was delicious. Last time we visited Houston they didn’t have it on the menu and no one there remembered it. Does anyone here remember what went into it?

We’ll be visiting Houston shortly and would love to try and order it again. Thank you!
