The other day I found pretty good Rollerblade Fusion x5 online and although the shell is soo scratched, they are the reasonable price of 60€. Today i found new and untouched skates, same brand but 100€ :(

I used to rollerskate when i was little, and im trying to get into inline skating because it looks way more fun. I don’t know if the hobby will stick though, since im trying many at the time. But I think I would enjoy skating in new boots more…

What would you recommend for me to do? Should I purchase the used ones as they are cheaper?

Hi!

I (F20) used to roller skate a lot as a kid (just messing around), but I haven’t really skated in years. Lately I’ve been wanting to get into rollerblading for outdoor cruising / just something fun to do and get moving again.
I found two pairs of inline skates on Vinted (pics attached) and I’m trying to decide between them, but I honestly don’t know what I should be looking for in terms of quality/fit/brand.
From what I’ve seen, people say beginner skates should have decent ankle support and not be super cheap/random brands. Tbh some comments made me second guess just picking based on looks haha!
So I guess my questions are:
Are either of these a good choice for getting back into skating? Is one clearly better than the other?

For context, I’m not trying to do tricks or anything, just skating around casually outside.
Any advice would be super appreciated!!

Thanks, Reddit <3
