I've been working on restoring this converted Widowmaker, and had been doing alright, but I think I crashed into a ditch. After shotgun replacing all the original small caps, I get no guitar signal.

I have tube glow, hear heater hum, tone and volume control both affect the output sound.

The Preamp tube is only getting around 28 volts DC at pins 5/6, and I think it should be getting full B+ there, but I can't figure out where that 100v is going.
