Essentially all you do is throw your spear in front of the ladder, sprint towards the ladder, spam F to pick up your spear (and hop onto the ladder), and BOOM, goofy noodle arms

As far as I know, I think you need a stamina shot/boon for it to work, I tried it a few times without a stamina boost, and I couldn't get it to work. Also, I'm not sure if you can use a pitchfork or other world items to trigger it!
