Kaiser is no longer the gold standard
Worked for this company for 15 years. Been thru it's glory when Bernard Tyson was at the helm. Every year since, I have observed how slowly the company services degraded, externally to its members and internally to is employees. Rather than creating a culture of excellence and work smarter, KP, thru its mediocre CEO and Management, had decided to cut most internal non patient facing jobs to India and Porto Rica, the replacement is just a number game for them. Firing X in the USA while replacing fewer than X outside of USA and pay them 20% of the US salary. All that is fine if the skillsets are close. In most case, NOT! If they think they could get away with it, they would replace Physicians and Nurses too. In the meanwhile I le, the CEO is making 17+ millions a year and it's top manegent are making multi millions yearly. This is a NON PROFIT company. For God sake. If Bernard would see this, he must be rolling in his grave. SO VERVY SAD!
