"I was really disappointed with my experience. I specifically ordered a bouquet with silver dollar eucalyptus and specific pastel tones for a special anniversary, but what arrived looked nothing like the inspiration photos I provided. Not only were the premium greens I requested completely missing, but they substituted them with cheap filler without even calling to let me know. For the price they charge, I expected a heads-up if they were out of stock. It felt like they just threw together whatever was left in the cooler."
