Banana cut up, your choice of peanut butter (I prefer JIF because skippy tastes like dirt to me), milk, strawberry protein Cheerios! Mix it up and enjoy! Experiment with your amount of peanut butter! I’ve tried other cereals but only Cheerios really hit for me and I really need the extra protein to keep my weight up. Went from 165lbs to 139 pounds in 8 days. Finally back up to 150 thanks to hydration and my little snack.
Got out of hospital from a CHS episode 2 weeks ago. This is all I can stomach or crave at the moment but I think others would enjoy! Been through this many times before in my years. finally ready to give up weed because I’m tired of getting sick and hospitalized every year. Struggling bad and tried to commit suicid* a few days ago but I’m stabilizing and getting better.
