Here's a rough concept of what a Supergirl hoodie might look like in a style a bit different from the typical turtleneck design or aesthetic. It's just a concept, since the character's IP belongs to Warner Bros. What do you guys think? This is the back of the hoodie; the front would look something like this [image_aRt.png]...
Hi everyone, I wanted to share an update on my case. I filed an official dispute with the Appeals Centre back on February 10th regarding a decision made by the platform (Facebook/Instagram). It’s been a long wait, but I finally received their verdict today. The good news? I won! The bad news? The platform simply ignored the Centre's requests for information, and the decision isn't technically binding. The screenshot I attached is in Polish, so here is the full translation of what it says: [Translation of the image] "Unfortunately, the platform did not provide sufficient information to allow the Appeals Centre to draw conclusions regarding the proper or improper application of the platform's rules to the reported content. Consequently, we are issuing a default decision in your favor and will inform the platform of this. Please note that although platforms are required to cooperate with dispute resolution bodies in good faith, our decisions are not binding, and it is up to the platform whether they will comply with them." So, after over a month of waiting, I have a "victory" on paper, but now I’m just stuck waiting to see if the platform actually decides to respect the ruling and restore my content/account. Has anyone else dealt with these "non-binding" decisions from the Appeals Centre? Did the platform eventually listen to them in your case?
