47M Where do you put shadow boxing in your routine and for how long?
I typically do 3 rounds of shadow boxing after 3 rounds of skipping rope before jumping into all my bagwork (heavy, double end and speed bag)

So this is a labor of love and I’m sure I’ll get mixed reviews from this. First, I’m a military trained nerd. Yes I could just buy a gun but why not make one. So I did.
I took an old paintball gun, removed the pressure release valve, bypassed the regulator, increased the volume chamber and increased the regulator pressure, so that it reliably shoots a kinetic projectile (iron infused nylon round) anywhere from 400 - 700fps (depending on the weight of the projectile).
I then built an app that takes the chronographic data foot lbs of energy and joules and cross references it with pub med case studies, and anecdotal evidence to identify the specific type of damage this type of launcher would cause at specific power levels based on clothing and build of a person. Obviously purely educational.
The sheet pan in the pic was stainless steel and was covered in a 7/32” sheet of plywood and two inches of silicon padding before penetrating the sheet pan.
Anyhow, this has been a lot of fun and I thought I’d share.
