Fiance detained in Mx on way to K1 interview
My fiance was on her way to the K1 interview when immigration in Mexico detained her. She was legally allowed in Mexico City but apparently not in Juarez. She missed her K1 interview obviously. How do we explain her missing the interview so that she can reschedule. Will they use this detention and being in Mexico not completely legally as justification to deny her K1 VISA?
