How to predict if foreskin restoration will give me girth or length gains? Especially with tight circumcision?
Hey r/foreskin_restoration,
I've been thinking a lot about potential size gains (girth and length) from restoration and I wanted to ask the community.
I know that restoration is mainly about growing skin to cover the glans again, but many guys report some flaccid length increase, less "turkey neck", and sometimes even slight erect gains or increased girth because the skin tube becomes fuller/double-layered.
My questions:
- Is there a way to predict in advance if I'll get noticeable girth or length gains?
- Does it depend on how tight/high/low my original circumcision was? For example, if someone was cut very tight (almost no slack skin when erect, CI-0 or very low), are they more likely to see gains once the skin expands? Or is it the opposite?
- Have guys with tight cuts seen more "release" of hidden length/girth compared to loose cuts?
I'm particularly curious about tight circumcisions because I feel like the skin was removed quite aggressively and the penis might have been a bit "restricted".
Any experiences, before/after measurements, or theories from long-term restorers would be super helpful. Thanks in advance!
