Saudi MoE scholarship at KAU - what even is "General Science" and why does a full scholarship show 15,000 SAR/year

Got this listing on studyinsaudi.sa. Full scholarship, KAU Jeddah, 4 years for international students.

Two things breaking my brain:

  1. "General Science " - major or preparatory year? Because "general" is doing a LOT of heavy lifting here and KAU's website is not helping.

  2. Full scholarship... 15,000 SAR/year?? Is that the amount I am required to pay after the full scholarship is applied or, something else?

If anyone's survived the MoE application process with their sanity intact, drop your wisdom below :')
