So I’m ( solo traveler ) planning on visiting for a month maybe two if I can find a cheap stay or a temporary job ( I have Mexican citizenship) and speak Spanish and English fluently I’m hoping to stay in budget so I plan on staying in the centro area so I can be near stores and restaurants but I would like to rent a car for a day to go beach hopping ( Chen rio specifically) I LOVE snorkeling and swimming but most of the beaches near the central area where I plan on staying are like rocky … and I’m not sure how safe it is to swim near the ferries ? I’m considering investing in getting scuba certified ( a treat to myself ) but if anyone knows where I can get a temporary and chill job at where I can meet people both locals and expats that would be greatly appreciated or any general advice !
