my first week on a trainer,kinda struggling
hey everyone, i just started using my indoor bike this week since the weather's been awful. it's harder than i thought to stay motivated, especially without the wind or scenery. i tried a 20-minute ride yesterday and felt wiped out. how do you all make indoor rides more fun or stick to them consistently? any tips to not dread the trainer?
