Question about blood oxygen levels

My pulmonologist and allergist both say that I have asthma. My baseline blood oxygen levels are usually between 92 to 94 throughout the day. Sometimes 95 if I'm just sitting down but they are usually low when being active. I'm currently on biologics and inhaled steroids but I lose control of my asthma daily. What is everyone else's blood oxygen levels usually when they are not having an attack?

Steroid induced brain fog

Question for all of you steroid takers out there. My inhaled steroids always give me a lot of brain fog and it's happened on every single kind of inhaled steroid I'm prescribed. Does anyone else ever get this side effect and if you do, how do you deal with it? On days it's really bad, it can even start triggering anxiety attacks for me.

Inhaled steroids

Is it normal to not notice much difference in breathing with having only been on an inhaled steroid for a week?

Anyone have issues with their inhaled steroid worsening their sleep apnea?

I have sleep apnea due to stupid hard to control asthma. My biologic was helping me sleep better and I wasn't waking up as often every night short of breath. As soon as I started taking my inhaled steroid, my sleep apnea got so much worse! Plus I get some sleep insomnia from the steroid too which doesn't help. I already have sleep supplemental oxygen but doesn't help a whole lot either. I'm seeing a sleep specialist soon so hopefully they can help me with this situation. Life really sucks when you can't sleep especially because of asthma.
